MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
JUSTIN TREVOR WINTERS
Justin Trevor Winters is a screenwriter, producer, and professor with over two decades of experience at the crossroads of entertainment and emerging tech. He began his career at Innovative Artists and CAA, collaborating with Kathryn Bigelow, Stuart Beattie, and Peter Bogdanovich. Later, he wrote and produced Killing Winston Jones (starring Richard Dreyfuss and Danny Glover) and American Stream, which premiered at the TCL Chinese Theatre and won Best Experimental Feature at the Silicon Beach Film Festival.
At Loyola Marymount University’s School of Film and Television, Winters has developed over fifteen courses—including Producing and Screenwriting with AI—and directs The Innovators Film Festival, partnering with Google, Sony, and Adobe. He was named a Mellon Foundation Faculty Fellow for his research on AI and accessible storytelling.
As co-founder and CEO of Verified Labs, Justin brings AI-powered storytelling to brands and estates like Ernest Hemingway and Steve McQueen. A frequent speaker at festivals from Beijing to Comic-Con, Winters is dedicated to preparing the next generation of storytellers to navigate the evolving entertainment landscape with creativity, ethics, and purpose.

No, the training is not live. You do not need to show up anywhere at any specific time. The lesson content will be released week-by-week starting on the first day of the course. It’s very flexible and can work around busy schedules and full-time jobs.

Our program is designed to help you get certified in AI screenwriting pipelines within 30 days of taking the course. However, as the toolset is changing, we allow for content access for 12 months past the start date of the course.
This will give you plenty of time to learn and practice the concepts and explore new concepts as they are released. You will also have the option to continue learning with us and receive updates after the 12 months have passed.
